Peacefully on July 8th, 2021, at the age of 82 years old. He was the son of the late René Comeau and the late Dorothy Eileen Harrison and was predeceased by his daughter Marlene. Richard was a loving husband to Monique Simard for over 36 years. He will be sadly missed by his sisters Joan and Elizabeth. He is survived by Glen and Monique’s sons Roch and Guy. Richard was a gentle grandfather to Kaitlyn and a caring brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, and friend to many. He loved his family, spoiled his dogs and was an ardent fan of the Montreal Canadiens. Richard worked for the Royal Bank of Canada in Montreal and Toronto, was a long-time member of the Royal Canadian Legion and past president of Bay Ridges Branch 606.
