Malcolm ''Mac'' Berndt

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Malcolm ‘’Mac’’ Berndt on April 11, 2024, at the age of 83. He was predeceased by his parents: Harry Berndt and Eileen Berndt (nee Senogles) as well as his brother and sisters Bruce, Jeannine Biggin, Joyceline Roos, and Winifred Roos. 

He leaves behind his wife Linda Berndt (nee Harrigan), his children: Jason (Kaylie), Lorne (Brenda) and Heidi (Jaden); his grandchildren: Zaden and Zaxen, his sister Nancy,  as well many as cherished friends and valued community members. 

Memorial visitation will be held on April 26, 2024 at Cadieux Funeral Homes located at 322, Buckingham ave., Gatineau, Qc., from 6pm to 9pm. 

Memorial mass will be held on April 27, 2024 at St. Matthew Lutheran church located on 643, ch. D’Inlet, Mulgrave-et-Derry, Qc. The family will receive condolences from 10am to 11am at the church, followed by the service at 11am. 

The family would like to offer its sincere appreciation for the kindness and support shown during this difficult time.
